Clutch disks kit for BFT model E5.
This articulated arm electromechanical operator is widespread and the friction is the part that mainly wears over time. In fact the disks which make it up are of two types, rough and smooth. When the rough disks over time become smooth, the clutch cannot transfer the strength to the leaf any more and therefore very often it cannot move it.
Very important is the grease on the clutch, that should never miss but also never be too much.
A last trick is the plastic lid, which can be found in the orange box below, that cover the clutch. If this is broken or missing, dust and dirt could bind to the grease on the clutch and consume it faster.
Inside the new clutch is provided a bolt needed for its tightening. The thread of this bolt is covered by a material that helps to avoid that the bolt unscrews when the motor runs to open and close the gate. Therefore pay attention to mount well the first time the clutch because removing and putting again this bolt will take away this material from the thread and you could find yourself with this bolt always unscrewed.

Il grasso da inserire durante il cambio della frizione quanto deve essere?
Salve i dischi devono essere unti ma non in maniera eccessiva, altrimenti con il tempo il consumo naturale del metallo dei dischi si mischierà al grasso creerà un effetto di levigatura, come fosse carta-vetrata.
